Welcome to Gulf Coast Community College's Small Business Development Center! The SBDC is a non-profit community entrepreneurial program that serves pre-venture and existing small businesses. The SBDC provides consulting services, financial consultations, and various training programs designed to assist entrepreneurs in developing successful and thriving businesses. The SBDC provides its services by bringing together the expertise, programs, and resources of the college, private sector, and government at all levels. The SBDC serves Bay, Gulf, Jackson, Washington, Holmes and Calhoun counties.
Among the many services offered are counseling and training in the areas of business plan development, marketing research, patent searches, loan packaging and procurement and/or technology assistance.
On site is a computer lab equipped with scanners, printers, cd/dvd rewriters, current software, and Internet access. In addition, our conference room has video conferencing capabilities. SBDC clients have unlimited free access to these services.
